2025 - Economic modeling for a door-to-door service :

Integration of the upstream and downstream transport chain plugged to urban warehouses (Urban Living Area/High Urban Living Area) according to the "Crit'Air 1" quality rating  offered by manufacturers. Identification of factors to offset the additional costs related to innovation and additional urban logistics areas through new, high-value-added services.

2024 - Sourcing & development of logistics equipment:

Identification of existing equipment and development of innovative bricks enabling the exploitation of underground logistics spaces in city centers.

2023 - Pilot project for modal shift in urban road-river-road delivery

The Urban Logistics Cluster for Ile-de-France, in partnership with Haropa Ports of Paris and VNF, is proposing a river testing campaign departing from Gennevilliers or Bonneuil-sur-Marne to urban ports in central, eastern and western Paris.
An initiative in line with the "Metropolitan Logistics Pact" put in place by the Greater Paris Metropolis in the last quarter of 2017. The assembly of private and public actors in the sector then selected twelve priority actions including the maintenance, development of river transport and its conditions of access.
Offered from January to December 2023, for a duration of one to six weeks per shipper, these tests were customized according to the schedules and routes requested. A technical report and a report on the CSR benefits of the modal shift were submitted at the end of the test.
A fleet of nine 20 m³ dry mobile containers is available, each with a loading capacity of 9 pallets (80 x 120 cm) or 200 e-commerce containers (60 x 40 x 30 cm). Two 6-pallet refrigerated containers and eutectic plate insulated rolling cabinets for dry containers are available for temperature-controlled goods flows.
The crates were made available at the shipper's dock in batches of three per semi-trailer and could be handled by forklift or hoist. At the port of departure, they were lifted by crane onto a Freycinet self-propelled barge to the urban port of destination.
A final urban delivery by flatbed truck allows for pallet delivery. E-commerce routes, on the other hand, are arranged at the urban loading dock, which is set up to accommodate up to 10 light vehicles per departure. Unloading of the crates takes place under a shelter (tent). The usual delivery service or provider can handle this last mile of delivery if the shipper requests it.
